Ann Wenzel

Ann Wenzel has a variety of work experience in the education field. Ann is currently working as the Senior Director of Program & Partnerships at the New Teacher Center. Prior to this, they worked at TNTP where they held multiple roles including Project Director, DC Site Director, and Training and Instruction Manager from 2011 to 2021. Before joining TNTP, Ann worked as a Head Start Teacher at the District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS) from 2007 to 2011.

Ann Wenzel holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Education from The College of Wooster, which they obtained from 2002 to 2006. In addition, they pursued further education and completed a Master's degree in Education Policy and Leadership at American University, from 2013 to 2014.
