Maya Sharma

Maya Sharma is an experienced finance and business operations leader currently serving as the Senior Director of Finance & Business Operations at New Teacher Center since October 2024. Prior to this role, Maya held the position of Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships at Teaching Lab from April 2023 to September 2024 and served as Director of Business Operations at TNTP from August 2015 to April 2023, also formerly working as a Financial Analyst. Additional experience includes roles at Camden City School District, Public Financial Management, and the Center for Research and Policy in Education.
