Stacia Snow's work experience includes various roles at different companies. Stacia started in 2001 as a Teacher at Kingston City School District and also worked as an Adjuct/Mentor Teacher at Bard College from 2005 to 2007. In 2007, they joined Tech Valley High School where they served as a Teacher and later became a Professional Development Coach until 2015. Stacia then joined New Tech Network in 2009, where they worked as a 21st Century Teacher Trainer and later became a Curriculum Designer from 2012 to 2013. In 2015, Stacia returned to New Tech Network as the Director of District and School Development until 2017. From 2017 to 2021, they served as the Director of Network Innovation. Their current role is the Senior Director of Service Design and Development, which they started in 2021.
Stacia Snow has a well-rounded education history. Stacia began their academic journey in 1998 and attended SUNY New Paltz for their bachelor's degree in Secondary Education, specializing in Teaching Social Studies. After completing their undergraduate studies in 2001, Stacia continued their education and pursued a master's degree in Information Science & Policy at the University at Albany, SUNY from 2002 to 2005.
After a few years in the field, Stacia decided to further enhance their knowledge and enrolled at the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts in 2013. Here, they focused on Educational Leadership and Administration, General, up until 2015. Despite not having a specific degree mentioned for this period, Stacia's studies in educational leadership would have provided their with valuable skills and expertise in this field.

New Tech Network
New Tech Network (NTN) is a national nonprofit dedicated to systemic and equitable change in education. We center NTN schools as the units of change, and teachers and school leaders as the agents of that change. Partnering with districts and working closely with leadership teams makes change scalable and sustainable. After twenty years of change making, we have learned what works and can adapt quickly. New Tech Network schools — now over 200 strong — are committed to college and career ready outcomes, supportive and inclusive culture, meaningful and equitable instruction, and purposeful assessment. The student experience is tied directly to deeper learning outcomes. Students gain skills and use their voice in ways that prepare them for life beyond school. Project-based learning in NTN schools allows students to engage with material in creative, culturally relevant ways, experience it in context, and share their learning with peers.
