Carlos Finale is an experienced leader in the church community, currently serving as Campus Pastor at New Testament Baptist Church since December 2021. Prior to this role, Carlos was a Church Planter at Northside English and held dual positions as Administrator and Student Pastor at Northside Spanish Baptist Church. Carlos also has a background in project management, having worked for BELFOR Property Restoration and VPI, where responsibilities included supervising construction activities and managing human resources. With a solid educational foundation, Carlos is pursuing a Master of Divinity at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, following a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministry and a Bachelor of Arts in Civil Engineering.
