J. Jeffrey Sullivan

J. Jeffrey Sullivan is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in banking and risk management. Currently serving as President and CEO of New Valley Bank & Trust since April 2018, Sullivan previously held prominent roles including Member at River Valley Investors and Steering Committee Member at SPARK Holyoke. Prior to these positions, Sullivan was President of M&M Consulting, LLC, where services included compliance and internal auditing for financial institutions. Notably, Sullivan served as President at United Bank, overseeing operations for a $2.5 billion community bank, and held multiple executive roles there, including EVP and Chief Lending Officer. Early career experience includes senior vice president of commercial banking at The Bank of Western Massachusetts.
