Rochelle Grayson is a seasoned entrepreneur and educator with extensive experience in digital transformation, marketing analytics, and supporting marginalized communities in technology. As Co-Founder of Circles Of AI and Founder of Mosaic Accelerator, Rochelle focuses on making artificial intelligence accessible and empowering non-technical women founders from underrepresented groups to build successful tech-enabled businesses. With a role as Executive In Residence at New Ventures BC, Rochelle mentors a diverse array of companies across various sectors. Rochelle has also held significant positions at UBC Sauder School of Business, developing programs in digital leadership and social media. An accomplished author and educator, Rochelle actively contributes to the field through open educational resources and courses aimed at nurturing future global leaders. Rochelle holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in German Literature from Swarthmore College.

New Ventures BC is a non-profit organization that recognizes, encourages, and supports entrepreneurship in BC’s technology sector. Each year we run the New Ventures BC Competition, the largest and longest-running tech competition in BC, offering education, coaching and awarding $250,000 and prizes to BC startups. We offer a mentored, Distance Venture Acceleration Program focused on customer discovery and Market Validation Training. Through our Innovator Skills Initiative grant program we give tech companies and startups, up to $10,000 a year to hire a BC post-secondary student.
