Andrea Mignolo, MBA, PCC, is an accomplished executive and team coach currently associated with METHOD & MATTER since January 2021, where the focus lies at the intersection of leadership, business, psychology, and design. Alongside executive coaching roles at The Women's Impact Alliance since May 2021 and as an adjunct faculty member at New Ventures West since November 2023, Andrea supports the growth of aspiring coaches and nurtures young women leaders of impact. Previous notable positions include Vice President of Product & Design at Movable Ink, Chief Design Officer at SimpleReach, and Design Consultant for various significant clients. Andrea's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor’s degree in Technocultural Studies from Oberlin College.
