Jo Ilfeld

Jo Ilfeld, PhD, is an accomplished leadership expert and CEO and Founder of Incite to Leadership since 2011. Jo serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Executive MBA Program at Sonoma State University, teaching Leadership Intelligence. Additionally, Jo is an Executive Leadership Coach and Program Manager at Mobius Executive Leadership, offering transformative learning and coaching to senior-level audiences. With a role as an Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant at Growth Axis, Jo specializes in enhancing organizational performance and fostering high-engagement teams. Jo also contributes as an Adjunct Faculty Coach at New Ventures West and is a member of Forbes Coaches Council. Previously, Jo co-founded and managed Let's Go Strolling, a successful online retail business. Jo holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Yale University and a PhD in Marketing and Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
