Lindsay Fields-Goltz is an accomplished executive coach and leadership development expert with extensive experience in various organizational settings. Currently serving as the Executive Coach and Transformative Leadership Coaching Practice Leader at EY since November 2019, Fields-Goltz focuses on coaching senior executives to enhance their leadership capabilities. As a faculty member at Inner Team Dialogue, Lindsay co-leads a trauma-informed training program for coaches. Additionally, Lindsay has held roles as Adjunct Faculty at New Ventures West, Executive Coach and Founder at The Leadership Quotient, and Leadership Consultant & Coach at Bridge Partnership. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Talent Development at The Chartis Group and founding the boutique food brand 3.14 Pies. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia and certifications in integral development coaching, yoga instruction, and trauma healing.
