Michelle Florendo is the Founder and Executive Coach at Powered By Decisions, LLC, where focus lies on enhancing decision-making to elevate leadership qualities. Florendo serves as an Executive Coach at Mobius Executive Leadership and as a Faculty Coach at the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute. Additionally, Florendo is an instructor for the Decision Mapping course at Stanford Continuing Studies and coaches for the Management Leadership for Tomorrow program. With roles as Adjunct Faculty at New Ventures West and a Founding Member of Forbes Coaches Council, Florendo has established a reputable presence in the coaching community.
