Nida Backaitis

Nida Backaitis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership coaching, organizational effectiveness, and change management. Currently serving as Founder and Principal at EdgeBrilliant and as Mentor Coach and Adjunct Faculty at New Ventures West, Nida Backaitis has been instrumental in guiding leaders and their teams toward enhanced performance. Previous roles include Director of Organizational Effectiveness, Inclusion, and Analytics at MITRE, where crucial collaboration with C-suite leaders led to significant organizational enhancements, as well as Director of the Human Resources Program Management Office. Nida Backaitis also founded Nida Backaitis Consulting, specializing in organizational culture change and leadership development. Nida’s academic background includes a Ph.D. in Management & Organization from Columbia Business School, an M.A. in Economics from Columbia University, and a BA in Economics and Psychology from the University of Virginia.
