Sarah Lo is an experienced Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Trainer currently leading training programs at triyoga uk since May 2015, offering accredited education in various therapeutic fields. Sarah is the founder and owner of Yin Teacher Training UK, providing wellness and leadership coaching services to executive management since April 2013, and also runs leadership coaching programs for individuals in career transitions through Yin Teacher Training UK Ltd since June 2017. Additionally, Sarah operates as an Integral Development Coach with New Ventures West and serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Lloyds' Insurance Underwriters, a role held since September 1994.
