Teresa McClain

Teresa McClain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching, fund development, and program management. Since September 2005, Teresa has served as a Certified Life Coach at New Ventures West, guiding clients through various life topics including career transition and personal development. Teresa held multiple leadership roles at Community LINC from September 1997 to April 2024, including Director of Fund Development, Director of Facilities Management, and Director of Program Management, where skills in strategic leadership, program design, and stakeholder engagement were honed. Prior roles include Independent Living Skills Specialist positions at The Whole Person and Communityworks, INC., as well as owning and managing The Tidy Team, a residential cleaning service. Teresa holds an MBA from Ottawa University, earned between 2006 and 2007.
