Tex Dworkin is an experienced professional with a diverse background in coaching, marketing, and e-commerce. Currently serving as an Integral Coach in Training at New Ventures West since June 2024, Tex previously co-founded Raddle, where innovative virtual conversations were emphasized to enhance inclusivity and efficiency. From 2014 to 2020, Tex worked as a Business Consultant at Do Good Biz, providing coaching, strategy, and implementation support. Earlier roles include Content Marketing Manager at EarthX, where Tex developed content strategies, and Marketing Manager at Global Exchange, where Tex significantly increased community engagement. Tex also held the position of E-Commerce Manager at the Global Exchange Fair Trade Online Store, achieving substantial growth in gross profits. Tex earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Thought and Political Economy from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
