Joseph Gallagher is the Vice President Operations at New View Alliance, Inc, the parent company of Gateway-Longview, Inc and New Directions Youth & Family Services, Inc. Joseph is also the Governance Chairperson and Member of the Board of Directors at Children's Health Home of Upstate New York (CHHUNY).
