Emily Task

Emily Task serves as the Career Readiness Strategy Manager at New Visions for Public Schools since March 2020, focusing on enhancing career readiness initiatives. Previously, Emily was the Co-Chair of the Government Relations Committee at the New York State Association for College Admission Counseling, where legislative advocacy efforts were prioritized. Emily's extensive experience includes leadership roles at Goddard Riverside Community Center, overseeing college counseling programs, and managing student success operations at Children's Aid. Emily holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis and has participated in various nonprofit leadership programs, further demonstrating a commitment to education equity and community development.
