Nikki Stanaitis

Chief Clinical Officer at New Vista KY

Nikki Stanaitis has dedicated their career to helping those in need, specifically those experiencing homelessness. Nikki began their work in October 2009 as the Deputy Director of Interfaith Works, a position they held until August 2018. In their role, Nikki collaborated with the Homeless Services Management team to ensure that best practices were being followed, created training curriculum and co-led cross-department training sessions, served as Project Manager for a Request For Proposal (RFP) application, and led bi-monthly clinical and monthly supervisor meetings. Nikki also stepped in to assume Department Director responsibilities on occasion, representing the department at County meetings.

In 2015, Nikki was part of the team that successfully ended veteran homelessness as part of the Inside/Not Outside campaign to end chronic homelessness. Since then, they have continued to cultivate relationships with community and business members to address issues around poverty and homelessness. Nikki is currently the Chief Clinical Officer at New Vista KY.

Nikki Stanaitis has a MSW from the University of Kentucky in Social Work and a BA from Miami University in Psychology with a minor in Neuroscience. Nikki is certified by the Kentucky Board of Social Work as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and by the Maryland Board of Social Work as a Licensed Certified Clinical Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C).

Nikki Stanaitis reports to Dee Werline, President & CEO. They work with Ginger McCoy - Budget Director, Bethany Langdon - Corporate Director, Communications & Marketing, and David Phelps - Chief Administrative Officer.
