Richelle Gunter

Richelle Gunter is a seasoned professional in the field of mental health and human services, currently serving as the Chief Clinical Quality Officer at Resources for Human Development since January 1995. In this role, Richelle leads clinical services across the agency, supervises clinical directors, establishes best practices, and supports the clinical design of new and specialized services. Prior to this, Richelle held multiple roles at Warren E Smith Community MH/MR from June 1990 to December 1994, including Chief Administrative Officer/Secretary and Mental Health Director. Richelle holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Temple University.
