David Lang

David Lang has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. David currently holds the position of Vice President Operations at New Waterloo since October 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Hotel Development at New Waterloo from June 2021 to October 2022 and as the Director of Hotel Operations from June 2019 to June 2021.

Before joining New Waterloo, David worked at Sydell Group as the General Manager of The LINE Austin from September 2017 to June 2019.

Additionally, they have held various positions at other prestigious companies in the industry, including serving as the General Manager of The Redbury @ Hollywood & Vine at SBE Entertainment from November 2011 to January 2015, and as the General Manager at OLS Hotels & Resorts from April 2010 to November 2011.

David also has experience as the Director of Rooms/Acting General Manager at Hotel Angeleno under Joie de Vivre Hospitality from July 2008 to April 2010, and as the Director of Rooms at Hotel Oceana under JRK Hotel Group from February 2007 to July 2008.

Furthermore, David Lang started their career at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where they held the position of Manager, Rooms Division from July 1997 to March 2005.

David Lang attended the University of North Texas from 1995 to 1999, where they studied Hospitality Management. David also obtained a certification in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University in 2022.
