Keith Filipak

Keith Filipak has a diverse range of work experience in the finance field. Keith started their career as a Rotational Development Program participant at Sentry Equipment Corp from 2008 to 2012. Keith then served as an Accounts Receivable and Tax Intern at Trane, a Business of Ingersoll Rand, from November 2012 to April 2013. Subsequently, they worked as a Market Research Analyst Intern at Sentry Equipment Corp from May 2013 to September 2013. Keith then joined The Pabst Theater Group as an Accountant in July 2014 and was eventually promoted to the role of Jr. Accountant from July 2014 to December 2014.

In 2017, Keith joined White Lodging Services as a Controller, overseeing financial performance, reporting packages, and budgets while ensuring compliance with accounting principles and operational procedures. Keith also provided leadership and support to the AR and AP departments. Keith's role evolved to become the Market Director of Finance in November 2018, where they led the budget process, conducted benchmark analysis, and played a key role in P&L management and accountability until April 2021.

Keith continued their career at Sage Hospitality Group from April 2021 to April 2022 as the Complex Director of Finance. In this role, they were responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and planning efforts, as well as providing financial insight and guidance to drive strategic initiatives and achieve desired outcomes.

From April 2022 to September 2023, Keith served as the Vice President of Finance at Inland Pacific Companies, overseeing financial reporting, planning, and budget management functions while contributing to the development of strategic goals and managing financial reports.

Currently, Keith is the Area Director of Finance at New Waterloo, starting in September 2023.

Keith Filipak attended Kettle Moraine High School and earned a High School Diploma. Keith then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Economics at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
