Nick Pateman

Nick Pateman is an accomplished golf operations manager with extensive experience in the industry, currently serving as the Golf Operations Manager at Butler Pitch & Putt with New Waterloo since March 2021. Prior roles include Senior Travel Advisor at Pioneer Golf, Inc., and Director of Sales at Junior.Golf, where responsibilities included driving sales and enhancing the platform's development. At Pinner Hill Golf Club, Nick held positions as Head Professional and Head Assistant Professional, focusing on coaching initiatives, member retention, and generating new business. Experience also includes instructing elite squads for Middlesex County and supporting junior coaching at A1 Golf Centre. Nick holds a Foundation Degree in Professional Golf from The University of Birmingham and has further training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
