Don Arbinger

Don Arbinger is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at New Wave Design since February 2024, Don previously held the position of Senior Principal Hardware Engineer at BAE Systems, Inc. from August 2022 to February 2024. Prior to this, Don had a long tenure at Plexus Corp. from June 1999 to August 2022, where roles included Senior Technology Manager - Aerospace/Defense, Senior Manager of Engineering Solutions, Engineering Manager - Digital Systems Group, Senior Staff Design Engineer, and Senior Digital Design Engineer. Don holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, earned between 1995 and 1999.
