Josh Dirlam

Josh Dirlam has over 15 years of work experience in the electronics industry. From 2012 to present, they have been the Chief Executive Officer/Founder of New Wave Design and Verification, where they lead a team of 70 creating customized and off-the-shelf IP and electronic systems for various industries. Josh is also responsible for developing and fostering customer relationships and championing the Engineering team. From 2005 to 2020, they were the Chief Executive Officer/Founder of New Wave Components, where they built and grew electronic component distribution operations from concept to sale. Josh also recruited and led a team driving new business development, market penetration, and organizational growth, profitability, and sustainability. Josh established and nurtured client relationships to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.

Josh Dirlam graduated from Saint John's University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Communication & Management.
