Steve Swam

Steve Swam has over 30 years of experience in software engineering and program management. Steve began their career in 1990 as a Software Engineering Manager at ADC Telecommunications. In 2010, they moved to TE Connectivity in the same role. In 2011, they joined Dell Compellent as a Senior Manager of Core Technology Software, where they provided technical and professional leadership and partnered with product management to define new feature development and introduction plans. In 2014, they became the Director of R&D at VIAVI Solutions, leading engineering, quality assurance and technical publications teams. In 2018, they moved to Rudolph Technologies as a Sr. Systems Software Manager, responsible for software development, quality assurance and technical publications. Most recently, in 2019, they were appointed Director of Engineering and Program Management at New Wave Design and Verification.

Steve Swam attended the University of Minnesota from 1986 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
