Christina Capone, PHR, SHRM-CP has over 20 years of experience in various HR roles. Christina most recently worked as the Director of Human Resources at New Wave Entertainment, where they reviewed and made recommendations for personnel policies and ensured compliance with legislation. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Manager at Defy Media and Break Media, where they managed HRIS systems, implemented policies and procedures, and handled employee relations issues. Christina also has experience as a Human Resources Manager at Allied Industries, Inc and as an HR & Payroll Executive at Village Roadshow Gold Class Cinemas. Before transitioning to HR, Christina worked at Bank of America in roles such as Executive Assistant and Personal Banker. Overall, Christina has a strong background in HR management, compliance, and employee relations.

Christina Capone, PHR, SHRM-CP completed their education at San Jose State University from 2001 to 2004, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Accounting. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications including the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from the HR Certification Institute in 2010 and the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in 2015. Christina also holds multiple licenses in the insurance industry, including the Life-Only Agent License from the California Department of Insurance's Producer Licensing Bureau in 2011, the Producer-Life License from the Louisiana Department of Insurance in 2011, the Non-Resident Producer - Life license from the Nevada Division of Insurance in 2014, and the Life Agent License from the Texas Department of Insurance in 2014.
