Jason Renfrow

Jason Renfrow has a diverse work experience in the entertainment and retail industries.

Jason began their career at Video City as a Closing Manager from December 2007 to August 2008. In this role, they were responsible for closing and balancing cash registers, handling morning bank deposits, and resolving customer disputes.

Jason then joined New Wave Entertainment in August 2008 as a Production Assistant. Their duties included delivering media to various vendors and studios, assisting in the media vault, and filling in for assistants and receptionists when necessary.

After a year, they were promoted to Weekend Supervisor at New Wave Entertainment in August 2009. Their responsibilities included overseeing the building, operating the media vault according to MPAA regulations, and managing the company's call flow.

In January 2012, Jason took on the role of Traffic Manager at New Wave Entertainment. In addition to managing a team that handles material pick-ups and timely deliveries, they also provided administrative support to the VP of Operations and ensured uninterrupted assistance to entertainment departments.

Recently, in January 2022, they became the Director of Facility Operations at New Wave Entertainment, where they oversee facility operations and prioritizes security and client satisfaction.

Throughout their various roles, Jason has demonstrated their ability to handle multiple responsibilities, ensure adherence to protocols and regulations, and provide effective support to the teams they work with.

Jason Renfrow earned a Bachelor's Degree in Film and Video Production from Brooks Institute, which they attended from 2004 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including "Blockchain And Bitcoin 101" and "Ethereum 101" from Ivan on Tech Blockchain Academy in October 2020, and "Welcome to Game Theory" from Coursera in March 2015.
