Rich Fletcher

Rich Fletcher has over two decades of experience in various roles in the agricultural industry. Rich currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at New West Genetics, where Rich has been since January 2014. Prior to that, Rich held multiple roles at Cargill, their most recent being North American Breeding Manager until February 2019. Rich has a strong background in molecular breeding, genetics, and agronomy, having also worked as a Senior Scientist, Associate Geneticist, Assistant Geneticist, Parent Seed Agronomist, and Research Technician throughout their career.
