Jeff Oatis

Jeff Oatis is an experienced property management professional currently serving as an Acquisition Agent at New Western since October 2023. Previously, Jeff held the position of Property Manager at CA Ventures from June 2021 to April 2023, where responsibilities included managing a high-performing staff and overseeing operations for an 804-bed property. Prior to that, Jeff was the Senior Executive Director and Executive Director at Pierce Education Properties from February 2016 to June 2021, overseeing property operations, budgeting, capital projects, and vendor negotiations. Jeff has also served as a Property Manager at The Landing with a focus on significant renovations and staff management, and started as an Assistant Property Manager and Lead Leasing Consultant, gaining comprehensive experience in property management throughout the career. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies from East Carolina University.
