Joshua Haines

Joshua Haines is a licensed real estate agent and Acquisition Specialist at New Western since March 2022, specializing in distressed property acquisitions in Southern California. Previously, Joshua served as a Real Estate Agent at Compass from May 2018 to March 2022, focusing on stress-free transactions and customized marketing strategies in Huntington Beach and Seal Beach. In addition to real estate, Joshua has been a Speed Coach at Evo Sports Training since January 2018, working with athletes across various sports to enhance their speed and explosiveness. Joshua also held the position of Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Millikan High School from January 2019 to December 2023, where the creation and implementation of training programs for Varsity and JV football teams were key responsibilities. Joshua graduated from California State University, Long Beach in 2015.
