Patrick Talley

Patrick Talley is an experienced professional in the fields of real estate and athletic training. Currently serving as an Acquisition Agent and Disposition Agent at New Western since October 2022, Patrick specializes in delivering exclusive real estate opportunities to investors across various experience levels. Prior to this role, Patrick worked as a Sports Medicine Specialist at Zimmer Biomet from February 2020 to October 2022 and held multiple positions at the University of California, Los Angeles and California State University-Long Beach, where responsibilities included providing primary care for women's basketball and covering men's and women's track teams. An earlier internship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center focused on care for the football and women's swimming teams. Patrick holds a Master of Science in Sports Medicine and Injury Studies from California State University, Long Beach and a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Northern Illinois University, complemented by a study abroad experience at National Taiwan Sports University.
