Reade Smith

Reade Smith has extensive experience in sales and operations, currently serving as an Acquisition Agent and Disposition Agent at New Western since July 2017. Prior to this role, Reade was the Regional Vice President at Auto-San LLC from February 2014 to June 2017, where key contributions included expanding the company's U.S. footprint, driving revenue and profit, and managing operations across multiple states. Reade also excelled as an Outside Sales Representative, achieving a remarkable 30% growth in company revenue and a 350% increase in territory sales within six months in the Greater Nashville area. Reade holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration with majors in Finance and Economics from The University of Alabama, and completed the Accelerator program at the Vanderbilt University Owen Graduate School of Management in 2014.
