Sam Hays

Sam Hays serves as the General Manager for New Western in South DFW since June 2017, overseeing investment real estate in the greater Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Prior to this role, Sam worked at QES Directional Drilling from January 2016 to June 2017, holding positions as Acquisition Specialist, Sales Manager, MWD Engineer, and Well Planner, where responsibilities included efficient correspondence with engineers and geologists and managing multiple rigs. Sam's experience also includes working as a Well Planner at The Directional Drilling Company and as a Field Coordinator at 1845 Oil Field Services. Sam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington, completed in 2013, and studied at Tarleton State University from 2008 to 2011.
