Geraldine Schachtel

Geraldine Schachtel has a diverse work experience. Geraldine started their career as a Trainee at Studio Hamburg in 2006 and worked there until 2009. Geraldine then joined Parship Group as an HR Generalist from 2009 to 2012. In 2014, they became a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and stayed with the company until 2017. Following that, they joined NEW WORK SE and held various roles, including Corporate Development from 2017 to 2021 and Stay-at-Home Mom from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they are the Director of People Growth at NEW WORK SE, a position they started in October 2021. Additionally, they also served as the Interim Lead for Change & Communication at NEW WORK SE from June 2022 to April 2023.

Geraldine Schachtel completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Management from HSBA Hamburg School of Business Administration in 2009. Geraldine went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in European Business from ESCP Business School, which they obtained in 2013. Recently, in 2020, they completed a program in Systemic Organizational Development from Die Coachingakademie.
