Brian Nelson

Brian Nelson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment, law, and strategic partnerships. Currently serving as a Board Member at Holy Cross Health Florida and Managing Partner/Co-Founder at Strato Capital, LLC, Brian focuses on acquiring and developing innovative projects that enhance living and working experiences in the Southeast. As an Angel Investor with New World Angels, Brian supports entrepreneurs in early-stage companies, while also leading East West Capital, LLC in value-add real estate investments. In addition to roles at Asenda Ventures and Campus Management Corp., Brian's legal background includes positions as General Counsel and SVP, as well as Of Counsel and Associate Attorney at prominent law firms. Brian holds a JD from the University of Miami School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors from the University of Maryland.
