David Man

David Man is an experienced human resources manager currently serving at New World Development Company Limited since February 2019. Prior to this role, David worked at Li & Fung Limited for nearly 14 years, initially as Assistant Manager focusing on eLearning curriculum design and internal training, and later as Manager of Digital Learning, where consultancy in digital learning solutions and research in Machine Learning IoT development were key responsibilities. David began their career as a System Associate at NIIT Limited, facilitating communication between project teams and clients. David holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Knowledge Management and a Master’s in Decision Analysis and Computational Mathematics, alongside various certifications from Hong Kong Metropolitan University.
