Elyse Tighe is a skilled Senior Research and Development Engineer at New World Medical, with experience in the design, process development, and validation of Class I and II medical devices in compliance with FDA regulations and ISO standards. Prior roles include Research and Development Engineer and R&D Engineering Intern, where V&V protocols were written and equipment programming for testing was completed. Elyse also served as a GX Instructor at California Baptist University, teaching yoga and deep stretch classes, and engaged in research within the Chemical Engineering department. Earlier experience includes roles at Molinos Coffee and The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, focusing on administrative operations, training, and customer service skills. Elyse holds a Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from California Baptist University.
