Naim Yousef

Naim Yousef is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in product development and design. Currently serving as a Senior Research and Development Engineer at Sherwin-Williams since May 2022, Naim focuses on developing paint applicators tailored for professional painters. Prior to this role, time was spent as a Senior Design Engineer at Tremco Commercial Sealants & Waterproofing, where Naim created conceptual drawings and made complex design recommendations for gasket and glazing systems. As a Design Engineer at Nordson Corporation, Naim managed multiple projects to support legacy, application, and new product development. Naim’s career also includes positions as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Thermo Fisher Scientific, responsible for designing radiation detection monitors, and at Tecmark Corporation, where new products were designed and existing ones improved using 3D modeling. Naim holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Cleveland State University, along with an Associate's degree from Cuyahoga Community College.
