Swetha Mandava

Swetha Mandava is a seasoned professional in the field of clinical trials, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Clinical Trials at New World Medical since September 2024. Prior to this role, Swetha worked as a Clinical Trial Manager at Rocket Pharmaceuticals from June 2023 to September 2024 and at Caladrius Biosciences, Inc. from March 2021 to June 2023. Swetha's experience also includes a significant tenure at Aerie Pharmaceuticals, where clinical trial management spanned from January 2013 to March 2021, alongside positions as Lead Clinical Research Associate and Senior Clinical Research Associate. Swetha began their career at Johnson & Johnson as a Clinical Safety Associate from October 2009 to October 2011. Swetha holds a Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, completed in January 2008.
