James Ho

James Ho is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in hotel management. From September 2015 to October 2022, James served as Duty Manager at New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel, where responsibilities included addressing guest complaints, guiding Front Office teams, and leading the Emergency Response Team. Prior experience encompasses participation in the Rosewood Hotel Group Corporate Management Trainee Program, focusing on Rooms Division operations and training for Front Office associates.
