Allison Taylor

Allison Taylor is a dedicated professional in the arts and music sectors, currently serving as a Violin Fellow at New World Symphony since August 2021. Taylor is the Founder and Creative Director of Music: Deconstructed, an organization focused on addressing race and gender issues in the arts through social learning and meaningful discourse. In addition to these roles, Taylor has gained valuable experience as a Programming Intern at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and as an A&R Intern at Mack Avenue Music Group. Taylor also contributes as a Co-Producer for Standing Room Only, a music podcast series associated with the University of Michigan, and has been an active writer for The Michigan Daily since January 2016. Educational background includes a degree from the University of Michigan, obtained in 2019.
