Carlton Ford

Carlton Ford is a highly experienced arts consultant and philanthropist, currently serving as Managing Director and Consultant at Diaz Inclusion Consulting since February 2021. Additionally, Carlton holds prominent positions as Board Member at Chamber Music America and New World Symphony, and as Board Chair for Nu Deco Ensemble, which has gained recognition for its innovative approach to classical music and diverse collaborations. Carlton has a strong background in fundraising and strategic partnerships, having worked as a Major Gifts Officer at Interlochen Center for the Arts and Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, and currently as Chief Effective Philanthropy Officer at Taproot Foundation. With a Master of Music degree from Rice University and a Bachelor of Music from The Juilliard School, Carlton also contributes as a Founding Ensemble Member of VICTORY HALL OPERA and holds various roles within the arts community since 2015.
