Mario Madriz

Mario Alexander Madriz currently serves as the Box Office and Audience Services Director at New World Symphony, a position held since July 2024, after previously managing the box office and concert halls at the University of Miami from September 2021 to August 2024. Before these roles, Mario gained valuable experience as a Customer Service Representative at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, where involvement with high-level donors and patron inquiries contributed to enhanced client relationships and donation channels.
