Andrea Schiemel

Andrea Schiemel is an experienced Tour Manager with a diverse background in the travel industry. Currently, Andrea has worked as a Tour Manager for American Ring Travel and New World Travel since September 2019 and May 2015, respectively. Additionally, Andrea serves as a Step-on-Guide for Palm Springs and surrounding areas since January 2015. Previously, Andrea held a similar role at Meeting Point North America from September 2012 to October 2019, leading German tour groups primarily on 11 to 16 day tours around the Southwest. Andrea also has experience as a Travel Host with Mauiva from March 2012 to September 2014, facilitating private airplane tours for German and English-speaking guests. Prior to a career in tourism, Andrea owned a fashion jewelry business from 1995 to 2010, designing and selling a unique jewelry line. Andrea holds a Certified Tour Director degree from the International Tour Management Institute and a JD from the University of Salzburg.
