Natasha Scantlebury

Natasha Scantlebury is a seasoned professional with experience in development operations and community engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Development Operations Associate at The New York Academy of Medicine, Natasha collaborates with technical consultant partners and internal stakeholders to optimize Salesforce operations and enhance data integrity. Previous roles include a Civic Tech Fellow at Microsoft, supporting the Tech Jobs Academy initiative, and various positions at the Local Initiatives Support Corporation where Natasha contributed to program development and operations. Additional experience includes volunteering with MentorCHIP, teaching elementary students, and conducting research on food insecurity. Natasha holds a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Trinity College-Hartford, complemented by a strong foundation from the Prep for Prep leadership program.
