Patricia Peretz

Patricia Peretz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community and population health strategy. Currently serving as Director of Community and Population Health Strategy and the Center for Community Health Navigation at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital since 2007, Patricia has held various roles within the organization, including Program Director and Manager of Community Health and Evaluation. Additionally, Patricia is a Fellow at The New York Academy of Medicine and has held positions such as Governing Councilor for the American Public Health Association. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior Program Planner/Analyst at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Research Consultant at Nautilus Consulting, and Evaluation Consultant at Columbia University Medical Center. Patricia also has a Master of Public Health in Sociomedical Sciences from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health and a Health Information Technology Certificate in Biomedical Informatics from Columbia University.
