Cary Ellis

Cary Ellis has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Starting in 2000, they worked as a Senior Technical Writer at Metro-Optix until 2002. Cary then transitioned to the role of Manager, Tech Pubs and Training at Intecom Inc from an unknown date until 2009. During this time, they also held the position of Manager of Training at Aastra Intecom from 2005 to 2006. From 2003 to 2009, they were involved with Aastra Intecom in various capacities including Senior Trainer/Developer, Supervisor of Training and Manager, Training and Publications. In 2009, they worked as a Contract Senior Technical Writer and Online Trainer at SOURCECORP until 2010. Following this, they served as an Instructional Designer at Raytheon Professional Services from June 2010 to December 2010. Cary then worked as a System Process Analyst at Capgemini contracted by Genesis10 from December 2010 to April 2012. Finally, they joined New York Air Brake in August 2012 and currently holds the position of Senior Technical Writer\\JIRA User Administrator, where they are responsible for customer facing documentation, JIRA user support, and Atlassian tools support.
