Darren Sampson started their work experience at Zytech Marketing in 1993 as a Salesperson. Darren then worked at Random Access from 1995 to 1997, where they were involved in Sales and Support. From 1997 to 2000, they worked as a Software Engineer at Intellect. Darren then joined ERG Transit Systems as a Contract Software Engineer from 2000 to 2001. After that, they worked at Alstom Transport as a Systems Engineer and Embedded Software Engineer from 2001 to 2003. Between 2003 and 2008, they served as a Software Architect, Team Leader, and Senior Software Engineer at Ripple Systems. From 2008 to 2014, they worked at Ansaldo STS as a Systems Engineer, Product Development Engineer, and System Analyst. In 2014, they joined Sydac as a System Architect for New York Air Brake until 2017. Darren is currently working at New York Air Brake since 2017 as a Sales and Systems Engineer, focusing on projects related to the BHP LEADER Driver Assist and Rail Technology Portfolio. Darren also provides support for Sales and Business Development of LEADER for other Australian customers.

Darren Sampson attended The University of Western Australia from 1991 to 1997, where they pursued a degree in Computer Science and Information Technology. Darren obtained a BCM degree upon completion of their studies in that field.
