Russell Ratliff has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Russell began their career at General Railway Signal in 1981 as a Senior Software Engineer and worked there until 1989. From 1989 to 1999, they held the same role at Timeplex and Ascom Timeplex, before moving on to Efficient Networks and Siemens. At Siemens, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer from 1999 to 2006. In 2005, they briefly worked at Pannaway Technologies as a Senior Software Engineer before joining Telstrat in 2006, where they served as a Senior Software Engineer until 2008. Currently, they are employed at New York Air Brake, where they started as a Systems Engineer in 2009 and later became the Systems Engineering Manager in October 2019.
