A. Elizabeth Lindsey

A. Elizabeth Lindsey has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. A. Elizabeth worked at New York Angels from 2014, starting as an Assistant to the Executive Director until April 2016, and then transitioning to the role of Executive Director from May 2016. Currently, they serve on the Advisory Board of Gust since July 2022. Prior to these positions, they worked as an Adjunct Professor at the Fashion Institute of Technology from January 2012 to May 2018, teaching courses in public speaking, persuasion and argumentation, and professional and business communication. A. Elizabeth also has extensive experience in academia, having worked as an Assistant/Associate Professor at New Mexico State University from August 1993 to December 2009, where they instructed undergraduate and graduate students, published academic work, and served on various committees. A. Elizabeth began their career as an Assistant Professor at the University of Georgia from August 1990 to July 1993.

A. Elizabeth Lindsey pursued their education in the field of Communication, and their academic journey can be traced back to their time at Boise State University from 1977 to 1982. A. Elizabeth obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree during this period. A. Elizabeth later joined the University of Connecticut, where they pursued their Master of Arts (MA) degree in Communication from 1983 to 1985. Lastly, they attended Purdue University, where they achieved a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Communication from 1985 to 1993.
