Allison Murn has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Allison began their career as a Corporate Communications Intern at Eaton Corporation in 2002 and then went on to work as a Public Affairs & Media Relations Intern at the University of Michigan. Following that, they joined Procter & Gamble in 2005, where they worked in Marketing & Brand Management for almost eight years. In 2013, they joined Cameron's Coffee and Distribution as the Vice President of Marketing until 2017. During this time, they founded Illuminiting Brand Consultancy and served as its Founder and Chief Luminary. In 2017, they also became a Senior Marketing Lecturer & Digital Marketing Leader at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. In 2018, they joined Aveda as the North America Marketing Director, a role they held until 2020. Currently, they are the Head of Marketing at New York Angels, starting in 2022.

Allison Murn has a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Statistics from the University of Michigan. Allison also has an MBA with a focus on Marketing, Management, and Strategy from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
